The MSD Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs) are over $5 million in projects to improve Mill Creek water quality, stabilize streambanks, restore wildlife habitat, and complete approximately 1.5 miles of the City of Cincinnati's Mill Creek Greenway Trail. The six Mill Creek SEPs will be completed as part of MSD's Global Consent Decree. Groundwork Cincinnati - Mill Creek is serving as an advisor to MSD during design and cionstruction of the Mill Creek SEPs.
